Terms & Conditions

1. Clients must confirm the final dance floor design in writing at least 10 days before the event to guarantee timely production.

2. Proof of payment is required to secure your booking.

3. The catalog price applies to Dance Floor GT's in-house designs.
   Custom designs provided by the client will incur an additional fee of US$50.

4. Custom design files must:

   • Be in vector format (.eps, .svg, .ai, or .ps)

   • Contain objects that don’t pixelate or blur when resized

   • Include the highest definition images possible

5. Dance Floor GT is not responsible for print quality if the client provides low-resolution or unsuitable files.
